Our Annual Banquet 2008

Each January we hold our Annual Meeting and Banquet at the Southern Oaks Center in Fayetteville.  This gathering serves as our monthly Chapter Meeting, and minutes are kept of the events. The Awards Committee also presents awards to members and non-members from members recommendations. GSSAR President Charlie and Clare Newcomer, outgoing President Mike and Cilla Tomme, incoming President Bo and Lucinda Hill City of Fayetteville Mayor, Ken Steel our guest speaker, with Debbie Steel, Cilla and Mike Tomme This is the time that our new MDL SAR Chapter officers are sworn in by GSSAR President Charlie  Newcomer.  The outgoing President, Mike Tomme gave the State of the Chapter, presenting accomplishments during the year as his farewell speech and then Mike Tomme handed over the gavel to the new incoming President, Bo Hill.
